*Strength and conditioning will be ASCA age group-appropriate training
Monday:
One-on-One Training: 4:30 PM-5:30PM
5:30 PM: Long Jump / Triple Jump
* 6:30 PM: Hurdles & Short Sprint / Agility.

At Olds Park Penshurst.

5:30 PM: Long Sprints & Foundational Explosive Jumps Training
