TrackfitnessAustralia has many years of experience providing sports performance programs for clubs and teams with various sports. We are pleased to hear that the sporting clubs we have worked with have outperformed their competition as a direct consequence of the training provided.
We work with individuals at all stages of athletic and sports development to maximize potential by improving speed, agility, strength, endurance, and the elevation of athletes using the paradigm of flexibility, stability, strength, and power to complement and build upon the technical training provided by the team’s club, taking them from ordinary to elite. We have trained club teams competing in netball, rugby league, soccer, and softball, alongside school athletics and swimming teams.
Training programs will be tailored to hone and grow the skills of youth sportspeople enabling them to truly harness their strengths, develop past their weaknesses, and surpass their personal bests. We make sprinters run faster, soccer players more agile, and dancers leap higher. We use dynamic and varied drills and exercises to assess weaknesses as well as to identify your team’s strengths.
TrackfitnessAustralia’s training style focuses on sports performance in all of our training programs. Our typical client would be a sportsperson aged from 8 to adult, who plays ball sports, or athletics, or may even be a dancer. Individualized sports development programs are designed after an initial biomechanical analysis and performance test are undertaken, resulting in the setting of a clear timeframe and identifiable goals
