NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE
Holistic lifestyle coaching exposes problems and explores links to the mind, emotions, lifestyle habits, diet and exercise. TrackfitnessAustralia coaching focusses on listening to the truths our body is telling.
Through one-on-one sessions and tools such as food diaries, we’ll learn what foods act as fuel and medicine to your body, and which are a poison causing unpleasant responses. We will then create a plan to integrate the positive foods into your lifestyle. Each person has different foods and lifestyle habits that can act as either fuel or Kryptonite for them. Where necessary, we will explore and discover which are your trigger foods.
EXERCISE AND POSTURE
Posture is the position in which a movement begins and ends. Ideal posture in a movement protects the muscles and bones from injury. An overwhelming proportion of people training in gyms have spinal pathologies that can lead to long-term injury, and training without assessment by a practitioner who understands biomechanics could lead to joint pains. Through the TrackfitnessAustralia’s assessment process, we will work to develop you a program to improve posture, lose or gain weight, increase strength and optimize overall performance.
When a thought is created and acted out through emotion, the emotion connects to the organs which in turn connects to our muscles. The thought will determine whether the experience is enjoyable or painful. We are more than mere flesh; we are energy. And as an energy force, we shift from yin (water or recovery) to yang (fire or action).
As a holistic practitioner, I approach the whole person with the aim of cultivating chi (life force energy) resulting in a symbiotic flow of energy.

The union between mind and body is often underestimated. Often our mind has us choose foods or engage in habits that make our bodies sick or interfere with our success. Most of the thoughts we have today, we had yesterday and if those thoughts are limiting growth, we are likely to repeat negative patterns time and time again. TrackfitnessAustralia coaching will establish the right-thinking by helping you find your motivation to establish a set of core values. Your core values will provide clarity and focus on the tasks that lead to success.
